• Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
• Late payment may result in suspension of work

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual contracts. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of work and materials used.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all our work. Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance during construction.

7. Health and Safety

We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Construction sites are restricted areas, and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
